Abstracts are due January 20, 2024
You have only a few weeks left to submit your abstracts and title via EasyChair. Please be aware that in order to submit a full paper you have to submit an abstract.
FULL Papers are due January 27, 2024
After submitting your abstracts you have one week to submit your 10-page full research paper. If it’s accepted, it will undergo a double-blind peer review and be published in the conference proceedings. We’ll notify you if your paper is accepted by March 30.
Proposals for presentations, panels, workshops, tutorials, & demos are due February 15 AND March 31, 2024
This year, there are two phases for review of proposals for material other than papers to be presented at DFRWS-USA: February 15 and March 31, 2024. Either of the following can be submitted by those dates:
Presentations, panels, tutorials and demos require only a brief proposal (~500 words; not a paper) which will undergo a light review process. Accepted proposals will be given a presentation slot (~15min) during the conference.
Workshops can range in length from 2 to 4 hours (please indicate) and are delivered in morning or afternoon blocks, typically the day before the main event. Ideally, workshops allow in-depth, hands-on exploration of tools and techniques of interest to DFRWS attendees. Workshops that result from research earlier presented at DFRWS or those involving specialized hardware are especially welcome.
Posters are due April 28, 2024 for peer review and DOI assignment
New to DFRWS this year! The USA event plans to make posters available for peer review and publication with a DOI number. To be eligible for this option, submit your poster by April 28, 2024.
Additionally, scholarship funding may be available for students whose research is accepted by the Technical Program Committee.
A poster is appropriate if you are just starting research and you have a concept with some preliminary results. Poster submission gives you the opportunity to present your work to conference attendees during a dedicated poster session, and to receive feedback from them.
If you do not submit by April 28, posters will be accepted on a rolling deadline, but it will not be peer reviewed or published with a DOI number. However, please make sure you submit early enough to leave time to print the posters after approval.
How to submit
If your research meets the above criteria, please follow the submission criteria and guidelines and submit it in PDF format through the DFRWS EasyChair site.
